Is the first session really free?
Yes. Your first session is free with no credit card required. Try us out before you buy credits.
How do credits work?
Each credit equals one hour. Buy a package and use them whenever you need, for any subject, for any of your kids. Credits never expire.
Can I use credits for multiple children?
Yes. Credits work for any of your children within the chosen grade band (Essentials K-8 or Honours 9-12), for any subject. Perfect for families with multiple students.
What subjects do you offer?
Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, History, Computer Science, French, and more. Need something else? Just ask. We'll try our best to accommodate.
Do I need to commit to a schedule?
Nope. Book sessions whenever you need them. No contracts or commitments.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel up to 6 hours before your session. No fees.
Can I book individual sessions?
Yes. You can book single hours at the standard rate. Bundles just give you better savings.
